Every New Year’s Eve I marvel at how fast the year went by and then look forward to a new year.
➡️ What will the new year bring?
➡️ How will I change?
➡️ How will I improve?
I’ll confess, I don’t typically set resolutions for myself. Mostly because I don’t want February to arrive only to find that I’ve already given up on my resolutions. Successful resolutions (aka GOALS!) need to be realistic and need a plan.
Ironically, I’m very experienced and good at defining clear goals with a clear plan of how to reach them. However, I never invest the time needed to define those goals and plans for myself.
And you know what? I’m sure I’m not alone!
Why is that? Why don’t we invest the time needed to set ourselves up for success? For me, the most common excuse I make is “I don’t have the time.” Well this is bullshit. Of course I have the time. ⏰ The fact is I haven’t made it a priority. We all have the same amount of time. It’s completely up to us how we want to spend it.
It’s time to make ourselves a priority. Set those goals. Make sure they’re realistic. Create a plan. And get it done!
Tanya and I would love to help you with your goals 🎯. Stay tuned for an upcoming goal setting session. And if you’re already clear on your goals, be sure to attend one of our upcoming Vision Board workshops!
❤️From my family to yours, may you have a blessed 2019!❤️
